    The graindryer PGD-3110.1500 is a production base for enterprises with a substantial grain volume, where the drying rate determines the pace of the entire harvesting campaign. The design includes 10 grain columns in 1,5 modules, which provides a drying chamber capacity of 20120 kg and allows the seasonal volume to be processed steadily without dependence on third-party capacities. The grain column dimensions — 362 mm in length and 600 mm in width — form an even grain layer for high-quality and controlled moisture removal.

    The larger the seasonal volume, the more expensive it becomes to rely on third-party capacities: equipment downtime, queues at the elevator, and loss of quality due to untimely drying. An in-house drying complex PGD-3110.1500 eliminates these bottlenecks and returns control over timing, quality, and the cost of grain preparation to the farm.

    The cooling system with 1 fans completes the technological cycle of grain preparation: after moisture is removed, the product is cooled before storage, accumulation, or further processing. This is not a separate option, but part of a full-fledged production solution where each stage — from heating to cooling — works within a unified logic.

    Production base with reserve for growth

    Heat generator(s) CHG-1500 with an output power of 1500000 kcal/h and an air flow of 99000 m³/h provide the foundation of the complex. The maximum temperature of the heated air reaches 135 °C, which makes it possible to work efficiently with grain of various initial moisture levels.

    Using solid fuel significantly reduces drying costs — and this effect is especially noticeable at large seasonal volumes, when a farm calculates economics not by a single batch, but across the entire campaign. At the volumes handled by PGD-3110.1500, the difference in energy carrier costs directly affects the overall profitability of the grain business.

    The modular architecture of the system makes it possible to increase the number of sections and the height of the drying column without dismantling the base that is already in operation. This means that as the farm grows, the drying infrastructure develops along with it — without a complete rebuild and without stopping the enterprise’s production workflow.
