Aetern Eco-Term CHG is a series of industrial indirect-fired heat generators designed for facilities where hot air is part of the technological process, rather than just a source of comfortable indoor temperature. The units operate in long-term industrial use and are designed for the stable supply of a large volume of clean heated air.

The series is used in grain drying complexes, greenhouses, poultry houses, woodworking shops, warehouses, and production sites — anywhere that not just heat generation, but a controlled and continuous supply of hot air to the work area is critical.

The equipment is designed for long-term intensive operation with regular loading of solid fuel: pellets, wood chips, agricultural waste, firewood. Design and operating principle

Each unit in the CHG series is a single integrated assembly in which the combustion chamber, heat exchanger, and fan unit form one interconnected system. Within a single configuration, the full cycle is implemented: from fuel supply and combustion to the formation of a ready working flow of hot air at the outlet.

The system is based on the principle of indirect heating. The flue gases transfer heat to the metal surfaces of the heat exchanger, while a fan forces air through a separate air duct along the heated zone. The combustion products and the working air do not mix: the output is clean hot air without any admixture of flue gases.

This is fundamentally important for drying processes and for facilities where the quality of the heated air directly affects the outcome — for example, in grain drying or in poultry houses.

Fuel and mode control

The CHG series is designed for solid fuel of small and medium fractions: pellets, wood chips, agricultural waste, firewood. For agricultural and industrial enterprises, this means controlled hot air production costs and independence from natural gas and propane-butane prices.

The control system regulates the fuel supply, combustion intensity, and installation parameters so that the airflow remains stable in temperature and volume throughout the entire operating cycle. This approach makes it possible to confidently use the heat generator wherever heated air is directly involved in the technological process.

Power Range and Scalability

The CHG range covers capacities from 300,000 to 3,000,000 kcal/h, making it possible to select a unit for both compact production tasks and large grain drying complexes or greenhouse facilities with a high demand for hot air.

The design logic is preserved throughout the entire series: from model to model, the air flow volume and thermal output are scaled, but the operating principle itself does not change. This makes CHG a unified industrial platform rather than a set of disconnected units.

Areas of application

In grain drying systems, the CHG heat generator serves as the source of the drying agent: the unit generates and supplies the drying complex with the required volume of hot air, and the stability of the temperature regime directly determines the quality and uniformity of grain drying.

For air heating of large spaces — greenhouses, poultry houses, production workshops, storage areas — the series provides rapid saturation of the volume with a powerful flow of heated air. In woodworking, the heat generator is used for drying wood and maintaining the operating temperature in production areas.
