Aetern Cantas fan sprayers for orchards, vineyards, and berry plantations — models from 400 to 2000 liters
Aetern Cantas sprayers for treating orchards, vineyards, and field crops — from aerosol spraying to precise contact application
Effective protection of an orchard or vineyard requires two fundamentally different tools: one covers the canopy with a cloud of product, while the other applies herbicide precisely to the weed without affecting the crop. The Aetern Cantas line combines both approaches — fan mist blowers and brush applicators — within a single equipment fleet from one manufacturer.
Mist blowers create a fine droplet stream that penetrates deep into the canopy and ensures even coverage of the leaf surface with fungicides and insecticides. Brush sprayers work on the opposite principle: the product is applied by contact, without wind drift and without losses due to evaporation, which is critically important when treating interrows near fruit-bearing crops.
This comprehensive approach makes it possible to cover the entire seasonal protection cycle — from early spring pest spraying to weed control during the growing season — without involving equipment from third-party brands.
The choice between a fan mist sprayer and a brush applicator depends on the task. If you need to treat a tree canopy or a grapevine bush with disease and insect protection products, a mist sprayer with a directed airflow is suitable. If the task is to remove weeds in the inter-row areas without the risk of herbicide reaching the crop, a brush applicator is needed.
In practice, most farms working with perennial plantations use both types of equipment. In spring and early summer, intensive canopy treatment is carried out, while at the same time weed growth is controlled in the tree rows and inter-row passages. The Aetern Cantas range is designed so that both machines can be mounted on a standard tractor hitch and operated from the operator’s cab.
