Fan sprayers with fine spray for deep and uniform treatment of tree canopies, grapevines, and berry plantations
Aetern Cantas mist blowers are trailed and mounted fan sprayers designed for chemical protection of orchards, vineyards, berry crops, and field plantings. A powerful axial fan creates a directed airflow that turns the spray solution into a fine mist and carries it deep into the canopy, into areas inaccessible to boom sprayers.
Uniform coverage of the leaf surface increases the effectiveness of the products and reduces their consumption. Thanks to the turboatomization principle, each droplet reaches the target zone, ensuring reliable phytosanitary protection even with a dense canopy and complex planting architecture.
The Aetern Cantas product range covers tank capacities from 400 to 2000 liters. Compact mounted mist blowers with a 400–600 liter tank can be easily attached to small and medium-power tractors, fitting neatly into the narrow row spacing of apple and cherry orchards.
Trailed models with a capacity of 1000–2000 liters are designed for large-scale plantations, where a large solution reserve and high shift productivity are critically important. The increased tank capacity makes it possible to interrupt work less often for refilling and reduces the overall treatment time.
The choice of a specific model depends on the area and type of plantings: a mounted orchard sprayer with a fan is ideal for small farms, while a trailed orchard sprayer is suitable for farms with tens or hundreds of hectares of intensive crops.
